Action Sécurité Éthique Republicaines (ASER)

Action Sécurité Ethique Républicaines (ASER) is an association under the 1901 law which aims to promote human rights in the field of peace and security. It is the result of the meeting between a group of experts on arms transfer issues involved since its launch in the international campaign for the adoption of an Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) within associations and , a group of police officers who are founding members of an association devoted to questions of police ethics. Together, in 2010, they created Action Sécurité Ethique Républicaines. ASER is a member of the International Network on Small Arms (RAIAL or IANSA in English) and accredited to the United Nations.
