Instituto Peruano de Investigación de Familia y Población (IPIFAP) is a non-profit Non-Governmental Development Organization founded on November 10, 1998, dedicated to promoting social development, the promotion and defense of Human Rights as a basis for citizen participation, actor and vigilance, from a management perspective. change strategy.

We contribute to the improvement of public policy implementation processes, with special emphasis on decentralization and State reform in a context of governance, solidarity and cooperation.

We have more than 18 years of institutional life, dedicated to the promotion of social development, capacity building, technical assistance and humanitarian aid for change management, health promotion, defense of human rights, citizen participation and applied research for the democratization of knowledge.
