A new report from the Control Arms campaign, 'The G8: Global arms exporters - Failing to prevent irresponsible arms transfers', makes a clear case for the G8 to support the call from the UK government and 10 other countries for an international Arms Trade Treaty. Released in time for the G8 Foreign Ministers meeting in London (UK) on 23 June. The meeting failed to make a comittment to an ATT - read the Control Arms press release on the meeting here.
